Symptoms

Employees are not getting listed for Manager when doing Transfer, Cancel, Reopen and Delete actions in the Performance Module.

Steps:
1) Login as a Manager
2) Navigator > Career > Performance
3) Performance Manager Overview
 Transfer document to a different employee
 Cancel Document
 Reopen Document
 Delete Document
