Users are receiving unexpected Password Expiration E-mail.
This issue is experienced by both Active and Inactive users.
Below is an example of the e-mail received:
To: <E-mail address for the user>
Subject: Password Expiry Warning
Your Password is about to be Expired. Please reset your Password.
For any issues, please contact [admin email or phone]
