When attempting to load Organization via HDL, the following error occurs.
You cannot update this record because the SourceSystemId 1908 and the SourceSystmOwner MVL_EBSare invalid. This message displays when the user attempts to perform an update on an existing record using user key values or primary key values and the passed SourceSystemId and SourceSystmOwner are not found. Enter SourceSystemOwner and SourceSystemId values that exist in the target database.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
Navigate to Data Exchange / HCM Data Loader / Import and Load Data
Import / select UCM and click submit button
