Why Is Field "City" Not Mandatory In Outlook Account Addresses, But In Simplfied UI It Is (Doc ID 2045949.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
"City" is not mandatory in Outlook Account addresses... But is in SUI once record is opened

"City" is not mandatory in Outlook Account addresses... Record will NOT sync with a CITY. It will sync once removed
 But is in SUI once record is opened where it is mandatory to save the record.

This has been replicated on a OCS supported Laptop,

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

City should be mandatory in CRM Outlook

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit address of an account in CRM Outlook and do not provide city and save it
2. Run sync
3. Edit the same address in SUI and save
City is required to save address in SUI
