- User Name for a re-hired employee cannot be updated to the Employee Number.
- User Name for a new hire employee can be updated to the Employee Number.
1. Log in as Candidate
2. Access My Account
3. Attempt to update password/user name to employee number
4. Receive message "One of the values you have entered is not unique."
