AP Invoice Spreadsheet Issue For Multiple Lines Invoices

Symptoms
On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Manage Invoices-Receive and Process Invoices
When attempting to Load Invoices through Spreadsheet , In case of Invoices with Multiple Lines, The second Line for the Invoice gets "Insert Failed" on Submit.
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error for that Row says "No definition is found for the structure instance: -999".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy data in Spreadsheet from other spreadsheet
2. Save and Launch Invoice Import
3. Line of spreadsheet goes into error : "No definition is found for the structure instance: -999".
