Unable To Restrict Duplicate Identification Of Accounts Based On Users Country (Doc ID 2046423.1)

Duplicate identification of Accounts cannot be restricted based on users country and possible duplicates are not restricted based on the users visibility/access.
For Example:
1. An user pertaining to United States, logs in and tries to create an account, possible duplicate warning message should be displayed of only the accounts pertaining to the country United States.
2. Possible Duplicates is not restricted based on users visibility/access(He/She is not on the sales team or the territory team of the account.)
