Symptoms

Assessment Completion Does Not Trigger Task Templates

Assessments can be completed by users, but the results cannot be combined and analyzed. Also, tasks are not triggered based on the results of the assessments

Changes

  1. Add the task template trigger to the SUI so that task templates added to the assessment work correctly.
  2. Add analytical tools for admins and also for regular users so results (scores by question) can be combined.
  3. Expose the object to the BI
  4. Display assessment name to account lists so a custom list can be created to track customers that have completed assessments (or have not).
  5. Allow assessments to be completed using the mobile app.
