After user installs and launches Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook, it crashes with runtime error (Doc ID 2047272.1)

Symptoms

When customer installs Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook and launches outlook, it crashes. The outlook is not detecting any package/does not launch first run assistant. Previously it was working fine. Issue can affect one or more users.

Error message after opening Outlook: This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

No log files are generated. C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Oracle\Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook\Profile is empty

Outlook client version: 3.06.13.00

Changes

OSC for Outlook plugin reinstalled.
