Fusion INV: Account Alias Demand Reservation Qty Not Available During Account Alias Issue Transaction (Doc ID 2047370.1)

Symptoms

Account Alias Demand Reservation quantity not available during Account Alias Issue transaction. Here are the steps to reproduce -

1) Create Account Alias Demand reservation against onhand for full qty available
2) Start keying Account Alias Issue transaction with Source as account alias in the step above. Enter the Item/Sub and note that Available shows as zero.
3) Quantity reserved at step 1 should be made available when source name matches reservation demand name.
