Message "Attribute TargetPartyId in OpportunityEO is required" When Saving Opportunity Without Account (Doc ID 2047391.1)

When attempting to Save an Opportunity without specifying an Account (after the Account is made a required field by marking the TargetPartyId field as a required) the following message is displayed "Attribute TargetPartyId in OpportunityEO is required".

The message "Attribute TargetPartyId in OpportunityEO is required" is confusing to the end-user and a clear message such as "Attribute Account in OpportunityEO is required" should be displayed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make the Account field required by marking the TargetPartyId attribute required for Opportunity
2. Create a new Opportunity and hit save and close without specifying an Account

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the message displayed when an Opportunity is saved without an Account is misleading to end users.
