Symptoms
Various errors involving incorrect date or time format are received when uploading an ILT Data File template or an Enrollment Data File template with the Oracle Taleo LearnCenter Bulk Loader tool.
Some examples:
- The Enrollment Open date and time is in incorrect format.
- Incorrect format of ILT Session Start Date.
- ILT Session Start Time has incorrect format or is not in 15 minute intervals.
