Created Note is not displayed in SUI (Doc ID 2047709.1)

Symptoms

On 11.1.9.2.0
-----------------------------------------
1. Go to Contact and click on Actions > Create Note
2. Create the note and click on Save and Close
3. A message saying the note was created is displayed
4. When going to Note tab the note is missing
