Private note created for an account in Outlook are not seen in Oracle sales cloud web after successful synchronization. Other notes that were not marked Private were visible. User is logged in as same user and checking the same account.
1) Created a private note in Outlook and then sync'd. Could not see the note on the server
2) Changed the note so that the visiblity was Internal. Then sync'd again. Now could see the note on the server.
3) Change the note again so that it went back to Private. Sync'd again. Could no longer see the note on the server.
