Warning & Error Displaying History Tree Messages When Submitting Contract For Approval (Doc ID 2048392.1)

After adding new Contract Type to the Contracts management setup, the Contracts that use the specific templates for the new Contract types come up with an error after submitting them. 

After creating the contract, at the time that the user wishes to submit it, the following happens:
1. User presses Submit
2. Warning appears: Warning : Contract Terms section
3. User ignores Warning and presses Next
4. Error message pops up:
Problem details: Assign at least one clause to the section General or remove the section
Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in task {0}. Please correct the error.
