Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Cloud services unavailable -
OIM not accessible or customer is experiencing unacceptable performance.
Examples of errors or symptoms that may be received:
HTTP Error 404
Apache Bridge Failure
Blank Web Page after entering credentials
Web Page doesn't load - loading icon spinning continuously
Slow response times when working in Unifier - application navigation is slow, records won't load, user defined reports taking longer than usual to load
