Accept And Reject Buttons Are Showing Up Different For Different Users.

In the Lead page for few users Near Name both Accept and Reject options are not showing. It is showing only Reject option
It should show both accept and reject options
1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Leads
3. Edit Lead
