Goal
With multiple Asset Books for different Legal entities the need is to
generate separate sequential Asset Numbering for each Asset Book,
In EBS R12 this was possible with the Custom Asset Numbering Enhancement.
This enhancement is needed also in Fusion,
Can we have a Value set that can provide a sequential number based on the previously used number in the last asset created in a specific Book and the user shall manually update the Asset number based on the number generated in that value set? The Value Set can be assigned to a DFF.
