Unable to Access Lead Page for specific users (Doc ID 2049355.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When attempting to lead page with some users only
the following error occurs.

at weblogic.work.ExecuteThread.run(ExecuteThread.java:221)
Caused By: oracle.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: MDS-00010: DuplicateRefException. In document /persdef/oracle/apps/marketing/leadMgmt/leads/leadService/view/MklLeadVO.xml there are multiple elements with the same ID AccountName.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SUI > Leads > cannot access leads page
2. Classic UI > Navigator > Leads Qualification
