Address Fields Should Not Be Mandatory For Contacts

After the Profile value "ZCA_CONTACT_ADDRESS_REQUIRED_ENABLED" to "No" at Site level and checked the Contacts' Address fields, they still are marked as mandatory while saving.
How can this be resolved?
