Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to share an inbound email with images (signatures)
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Attached file(s): 'image0003.jpg', 'image002.jpg' is empty.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook
2. Share inbound email with Oracle Sales Cloud that contain images
3. Click Save
4. Error pops

Due to this issue, users cannot share inbound emails with signatures
