Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version

When attempting to view receipt details from the invoice lines,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 69, Server Domain: FinancialDomain, Server Instance: PayableServer_1, Application Name: PayablesApp.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pull an Invoice which has PO/Receipt details populated
2. Click on the receipt


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot drill down to PO/Receipt from Invoice.
