Rel10 - Users Are NOT Displayed On The Manager Users Page after upgrade to Rel 10

On : 220.127.116.11.0 version, Global Human Resources
Unable to search for new users created in Manage Users.
Send Pending LDAP Request & Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes processes were completed.
Expect to be able to search and find recently created users.
1. Create the user
2. Activate the user
3. Navigate to the Manage Users page
4. Search for the new user by one of the following criteria (username, first and last names, etc.)
