Symptoms



Territory Import goes unsuccessful

The customer is trying to make an import from Territories>Active Territories>Actions menu>Import proposal.
The files are not being imported,when she goes to View Import status ,the status for these file are in "Unsuccessful" status and the Error file>Error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Territories>Active Territories>Actions menu>Import proposal.
