Required Attribute Behavior In Fixed Choice List Type Field doesn't have highlight (Doc ID 2050436.1)

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Sales, Sales Catalog, Territories and Quotas

Customization Part 1

Application Composer > Application : Sales > Standard Object > Opportunity > Field : Created 2 Required Custom Field
1. Oppty_Num (Type Number)
2. Oppty_fcl (type FCL i.e Fixed Choice List)

Exposed in Pages > Creation Page > Edit Creation Page


Customization Part 2
---------------------

Application Composer > Application : Sales > Standard Object > Opportunity Reference > Field : Created 2 Required Custom Field
1. test_Num (Type Number)
2. test_fcl (type FCL)

Exposed in
Application Composer > Application : Sales > Standard Object > Opportunity > Pages > Details Page > Edit Revenue Table



Testing Part 1
---------------

Navigation > Opportunities > Create Opportunity > Action: Save and Edit (Without populating 'Oppty_Num' & 'Oppty_fcl')

System: Alert Highlight the required field in Red mentioning they are required for Opportunity Header Fields


Testing Part 2
----------------

Navigation > Opportunities > Create Opportunity > Populate the required field in Opportunity Header
> Action: Save & Edit (without populating Revenue Required Field 'Test_Num' & 'Test_Fcl')

System: This time System doesn't Highlight the required field but alert user about the required field at Revenue

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Same behavior at Opportunity Header and Revenue Line Item


BUSINESS IMPACT

Customer wants to harmonize the behavior. Also the error message is not user-friendly as it shows field name and object name with API name.
