Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Performance Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A Matrix Manager is able to see the Questionnaire (questions only) in a Performance Document when he is not configured to do so in the Performance Template for that Document.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Matrix Manager should not be able to see the Questionnaire at all.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. As a Matrix Manager navigate to Performance under Talent Management;
2. Find a Performance Document with a Questionnaire and access it;
3. Go to the Feedback tab;
4. Observe that you can see the questions in the Questionnaire.
