Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Default Data Set value for Data Definition (DD) of type Integer defaults to "0" (zero) no matter what is being checked as the Default in the Data Set.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The drop down, radio button, or other type of Data Element (DE), in the form should be defaulting to the value that is set as the default in the DD's Data Set -or- nothing should be selected for the DE at run-time if there is no default defined in the Data Set.
