ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The customer migrated from Oracle CX 13.05 to Oracle CX 15.02. Though the normal chat works ok, the Engagement Engine proactive chat implementation is not working at all.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Proactive chat should work

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot launch a proactive chat from the page
