How to display different fields depending on absence type while recording absence?

Information in this document applies to any platform.


When recording absence, some additional information needs to be stored to against the absence entry. The fields required to capture the information is dependent on the absence type. Meaning, when absence type A is chosen, fields X and Y should be displayed. When absence type B is chosen, field Z should be displayed.
