R9 - UPGRADE ISSUE - ADF Faces Error accessing Account from Edit Task Screen (ADF_FACES-60096)

the Account Link on the Edit Task screen returns an ADF FACES 60097 Error

ADF_FACES-60097: For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096: Server Exception during PPR, #8

We are unable to review the server log.

ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #8

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 Account => Select Account => Opportunities => Select Opportunity => Activities => select Activity (ADF FACES ERROR)
