Symptoms

The customer's R9 environment allows the use of email notifications for the "Sales Account" object. The user was able to choose from a wide range of "Relative users on record" as recipients for the email notifications.
In R10, where the customer is using the "Account" object, the customer no longer has the previous list of recipients. Instead, the customer has a much shorter list.
