Symptoms

Receivables Aging by General Ledger Account Report intermittently returns No Data Found

Sometimes when we run the Receivables Aging by General Ledger Account Report, it completes successfully but the output file shows as No Data Found. If we then run it again using the same parameters, the output correctly displays the data. This happens intermittently but it does happen a lot. I will upload a couple of files that shows an example of this from 7/10/2015 when it was run about 10 minutes apart.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Receivables Aging by General Ledger Account Report should return with data available always.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Receivables Aging by General Ledger Account Report intermittently returns No Data Found. When report is rerun, data is reported.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> Scheduled Process
2. Submit Receivables Aging by General Ledger Account Report
3. Observe No Data Found.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
We cannot consistently get our aging report to manage our customers.
