Default Timezone value is not populated when creating Appointment records (Doc ID 2052369.1)

Symptoms

Customer's Timezone is '(UTC-05:00) Bogotá, Lima, Quito, Rio Branco'.

However this timezone preference does not appear in the list of values displayed when creating new Appointment records.

Note: It does appear under Global Preferences, where it is set for all the users.
