Can a Database as a Service customer download patches from My Oracle Support?
If a Database as a Service user tries to download a patch on My Oracle Support it will return: "You do not have Download Patches Privilege on any support identifier. If this is not correct, contact the administrators of your support identifiers." even if the user has the patch download privilege set in their MOS profile.
