Why Are Picklist Values Are Showed In Reverse Order In OSC For Outlook? (Doc ID 2052968.1)

On : version, Microsoft Outlook

In Outlook all the picklist values are showing in reverse order.


However this issue is still happening in Production.
The issue is resolved in Stage so please apply the same fix in Production aswell

Picklist values should be displayed alphabetically
