A large number of managers who have selected in the approvals tab as "No access", received an FYI email notification to say their worksheet has been approved.
This email comes when managers higher up the hierarchy click on approve, than the managers below received an email to say their submitted worksheet has been approved (but they did not submit one or have access to the worksheet).
Steps: The Line Manager submits their worksheet, their line manager approves, line managers lower in the hierarchy who had no access to the worksheet receive an email notification to say their worksheet has been approved.
Question: Is this a design flaw or how to restrict the emails from sending?
