Fusion Global HR: Incorrect Date On Change Location Notifications To Manager (Doc ID 2053023.1)

While raising a request for Change location via manager, the location change date is different than today's date.
However, the notification sent for Manager's approval has the location changed date as today's date.

Expecting to see the chosen location change date on the notification, and not the current date

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Manager Dashboard > Employment Card > Actions: Change Location
2. Enter new location and change location date as 9/1/15 >Submit
3. Manager receive the notification with the correct date on the title, but the body contains the Change Location Date as 8/20/2015 (today's date).
