WBS Row Import From CSV Fails With Error $errorContent (Doc ID 2053179.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier :  Any Version

When the user tries to import Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS) and/or Cost Breakdown Schedule (CBS) codes into a Cost Sheet by way of a CSV file import the import fails with the following error being returned: $errorContent

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. In User mode navigate to the applicable workspace
  3. Open the Cost Sheet (typically: Cost Manager > Cost Sheet)
  4. Click on File > Import > WBS Detail
  5. Browse and select the CSV file and try to import
  6. Notice the error is returned


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot import WBS/CBS details into the Cost Sheet.
