"STATE" FIELD DOES NOT GET REFRESHED WHEN COUNTRY IS CHANGED ON MOBILE APPLICATION

On : 220.127.116.11.0 version, Mobile Sales App
When the users tries to update country for contact address, the already populated State field does not get refreshed.
The already populated State field should get refreshed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Mobile UI
2. Create a new contact
3. Select Country = India
4. The State field does not refresh
