On : version, File Import/Export

When attempting to do activity import the following error occurs.

Completed with errors but no error/log files generated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Fusion Applications
2. Manage File Import
3. Run File Import.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to see the error/log messages
