Forms: Processing Step "Redirect to Landing Page" Option is Showing Site ID and Not Branded Domain in URL

Goal
When redirecting to an Eloqua landing page via the Redirect to Web Page form processing step:
- Using the Send to an Eloqua Landing Page option, the domain that shows in the landing page URL is not branded (e.g. http://domain.com/samplelandingpage...). Instead, it shows the Eloqua instance site ID in the URL (e.g. http://s123456789.t.eloqua.com/...).
- If the target landing page contains a form, the fields will be prepopulated.
- Using the Send to an External URL option, the branded domain does show in the landing page URL (e.g. http://domain.com/samplelandingpage...)
- If the target landing page contains a form, however, the fields will be blank, not prepopulated.
