REST API: Converting createdAt, updatedAt, StartAt, and endAt Numbers to Dates (Doc ID 2054503.1)

Goal

When running a GET call through the Rest API to retrieve information about our campaigns, I notice that the dates are not readily visible. I noticed a few fields, including two lines of code "StartAt" and "endAt" that looks like the start and end date for a campaign, but I cannot make sense of the seemingly random string of characters for each of them.
