Manage Periods Does Not Allow User To Select a Different Business Unit

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User has access to multiple business units.
The Manage Periods UI only show the first business unit. It does not allow user to switch business unit.
Even if user is using the same calendar for all the business units, the periods has to be open for each business units.
If user is not aware, user would think that the period is already open.
