Creating hierarchy relationships between two or more flex fields or between flex fields and out of the box fields, which is not allowed in the system currently.

There should be a way to create dependencies between Out of the box fields and Flex Fields, with either of them being parent in a parent child relationship.

For Example
We need to capture both Departments and Sub departments at employee level.
Department is an out of the box field, and Sub Department is a flex field.
We should be able to filter the values in Sub department flex field based on the values in department field.

Example 2
Where Seeded field is dependent on Flex Field
We currently capture Part Time Percentage for a person at an employee level.
Based on the PT Percent selected, only a select set of titles should be available for selection.
