Cannot Choose Product For Partner Program, And Remove the One That is Attached Already (Doc ID 2054916.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Partner Management, cannot choose Product for Partner Program


Wanted to create a Partner Program but cannot choose a Product to add it to the Program. Since this field is required, cannot save the program without a product.

Although there is a product available in the sales catalog, cannot see it in the result list. Earlier was able to use it for another program.
Is there a restriction so that can use a product only once for a program?
