Classic Insight: Contact Level Security (CLS) Not Working in Classic Insight

We have Contact Level Security enabled in our instance. I have noticed that certain users who should not have access to view contacts, can still see them within Classic Insight reports, despite not being able to see their contact record in Eloqua.
- 'User A' has been given access in terms of security labels and can view the contact record of email@example.com
- 'User B' cannot view the same contact due to the user lacking the proper security label access
- However, in Classic Insight reporting, both 'User A' and 'User B' can view the contact and can see their activity data in multiple reports
