Symptoms

When trying to save a Transaction, the following error occurs:

ERROR

ORA-01403: No data found (AR-855636)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Receivables
2. Go to Billing
3. Go to Transactions
4. Go to Create Transactions
5. Create a transaction
6. Save and observed the error described appears
