Unable to select additional search fields in an advanced search of SUI (via iPad)
This issue occurred when user access from iPad.
1.Login to Sales Cloud and move to Account overview page on SUI.
2.Select [List] list and [Create or Edit Lists…] value to display an advanced search popup screen.
3.[Saved Searches] screen is displayed.
4.Select [Add Fields] button to add search fields.
5.Select [▼] button in the field list to scroll down and display hidden fields.
# User can only select [▼] button to scroll down this list in case of using iPad.
6. The list values down very fast. User can't select the values which displayed in middle of the list.
The bottom values are displayed eventually.
The Add Fields LOV should scroll slowly enabling user to select one of the fields to be added.
But in this case, it moves too fast and unable to select a field.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select the required fields for the Search
