Why is the Identity Provider URL not Fully Saving when Updating SSO?

To understand why a URL is not being saved properly when updated in Oracle CPQ Cloud.
Navigate to: Admin > SSO > SAML Identity Provider URL (for example: "https://idp.com/adfs/services/trust?param1=value1¶m2=value2¶m3=value3")
When clicking update return to the SSO menu. Observe that the full URL did not save.
