Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Customer reports that they are not able to sync a contact from Outlook to Sales Cloud

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Contact should be synchronized to Sales Cloud

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create contact in CRM Outlook.
2a. Run sync in CRM Outlook. Contact is not synchronized to Sales Cloud and results in error.
2b. Click 'Convert to Sales Cloud' in Outlook. It results in sync error
2c. Add a new sales cloud contact when sharing an email with sales cloud. It results in sync error
